How Much can I Enjoy This Moment?

Posted by Robin Berg on Tuesday, November 22, 2011, In : Present Focus

As I was walking my dogs just now I got to wondering, “How much can I enjoy this moment?  How much can I delight in what I’m doing right now and be no where else but here?”   I got to thinking how I know one day soon I will yearn for this kind of beautiful afternoon.  One day I will yearn for the jingling of two collars as we stroll along with the occasional yank.  One day I will yearn to have access to the peace that I have access to now.  And so in this moment I choose to be all here,...

The Greatest Gift: What you can give yourself and others for a Powerful Holiday season

Happy belated  Halloween!  It seems that Halloween, for many, acts as the official holiday season kickoff, thus causing varying emotions and reactions--from stress, to excitement, to melancholy.  With all our emotions, combined with all the emotions everyone else has, there is often palpable tension in the air.  How fun is that? Not.

This sets us up for feeling disconnected from our true selves, our innat...

On a Personal Note

Happy November!
I LOVE Halloween!  Not like Claire Dunphy on Modern Family (way OVER the top), but I really love it!  I love how everyone gets permission to dress up however they like, be it some fantasy character or alter ego.  I love how clever and imaginative costumes can be--where creativity and gusto meet and are revered.  I love the delight that kids experience as they have a candy adventure tour with family or friends.  Who doesn't have a Halloween memory that makes you laugh?  Last nig...

About Robin

Robin Berg Like you, I’m on a journey. I’m passionate about learning and strive to transform life’s challenges into learning, so that I can evolve (sometimes ever-so-slowly) into the best version of myself. Like anyone, I’ve had my struggles, be it healing memories from the past, navigating health issues that folded into fertility issues or having a son who has a digestive disease/disorder and the constant vigilance that it requires. And all that I’ve learned I’m devoted to sharing…so that maybe some little tool, or a nugget of insight, or hope might support you in your journey to know your Self, your Soul and step into a life of feeling guided. I always say I “accidentally became spiritual” through practicing yoga. It’s true— it opened something in me that I didn’t know was there and caused me to see things I was formerly completely unaware of. I like it much better. So, for the ups and downs, the glimmers of things useful, I’m open to sharing. Feel free to let me know if something speaks to you. *Note: These past several years I’ve been focused on life as a Mama while maintaining thriving cozy coaching practice. Now, in 2020 I’m gearing up to start sharing and expanding again. Meanwhile feel free to check out posts on instagram @RobinPBerg and Facebook
