Beliefs are among the most powerful internal forces that exist.
Generally we experience things we believe ARE possible.
...and tend not to experience that which we DON'T believe possible.

This is the foundation for creating a life, career or relationship you desire.
You must believe it is possible.
OR you must be willing to PRACTICE believing.

There is a clear gap between believing that working 60 hours a week creates success vs. the belief that you can have time for yourSelf AND experience career success while working 40 hours a week.
A big gap.

What bridges the gap is exploring and practicing new beliefs.
It is a mental gym.

Whenever my results aren't matching my intentions, I am called to look at not only my actions but my beliefs that are driving my actions.

Often I'll see that I've got a glitch in my belief system. Either I'm operating from an old belief that no longer serves me
OR I'm operating from a learned belief that isn't even mine.
I'll say it again...a learned belief that isn't even mine.

No one teaches us growing up, "Ok be on the lookout- I'm about to teach you MY belief about hard work and success." (or abundance, leadership, collaboration, parenting, conflict, intimacy, courage...)

We simply soak up this "truth" like a sponge.

As adults we get to choose our truths.
We get to see what beliefs are working and which ones create suffering, unfulfilling patterns, undesired results.
