Something that shows up a lot in leadership coaching is navigating transitions and shifts, without it sapping our momentum.

Whether the predictable shift of season, (i.e. end of school/start of summer break), or unexpected events (project glitch, job change, illness in family, etc.), we all face the challenge of transitions.

Analogy-- You know how when a loved one is getting sick you can list 10 things that can boost their immune system, but when you're getting sick, you go blank?
Trying to craft solutions when there's a real or perceived lack of time/space while in the midst of transitions is the same. Blank.

Flipside-- Prepping strategies for a reset/refresh allows the tools to be at the ready. (Pro leader tip: Schedule your strategies in your calendar for the predictable shifts. And for the unexpected, it's a matter of opening a doc to your list!)

√ What helps you reset?
√ When can you anticipate the need for an intentional reset to maintain alignment?

Feel free to share your ideas!
