New Season, New Groove. You got this.

Posted by Robin Berg on Thursday, June 9, 2022, In : New Beginnings

I don't know about you, but sometimes I feel like just when I get in a groove everything changes! (Like the school year ends and suddenly the schedule is upside down and different.)

Here's a reminder (to myself and all you multiple-hat wearing women leaders)--We got this!

Ease the Transition Shift:
Reflect, Nourish, Recalibrate

More than ever we’ve been asked to be flexible and adaptable this past year. For some it’s been a positive growth-filled experience, for many it’s created immense fatigue.

However, when we choose to reflect and recalibrate periodically, we empower ourselves vs. being at the mercy of circumstance.

Here in Colorado, we’re in our final days of in-person school for the year.

There are so many people exhaling a huge sigh of relief for ...

The Joy Factor- Part one 02/04

Posted by Robin Berg on Thursday, September 16, 2010, In : Mind, Body, Spirit

How much joy is too much? When does one have enough joy? Is there some kind of measure that tells us if we are getting what we need, laughing enough, smiling enough for the right chemical balance or the right personal fulfillment?

I am not one for extensive statistics so I can only speak from my experience, personal study and clients. What I notice is that many of us could use some more JOY in our lives. When I am happy and my life is full of joy, I feel optimistic, more energized and above ...

Keep Moving- Strategies for Energy and Self- Care

October 2003

As the whirl of summer winds down and the days are getting shorter, cooler, quieter, we may feel less motivation to get outside and get active. This is when it really counts! If you are feeling sluggish, bored, going through some “blues” or uncertainty, give it a try. You might be amazed with the result!

The Chain Reaction
If you sit at a desk or are generally in one location throughout the course of the day, break it up! Ev...

Intuition's Voice
July 2003

 A Quiet Little Voice
At some point you have likely experienced a “gut feeling.” Whether it was actually in your gut, the back of your mind or in your heart, you had a sense of knowing. Perhaps you acted against your gut and hired a person you felt oddly about, and turned out to be a major flop. Perhaps driving home you took a different route and “coincidentally” there was a major traffic jam on your normal route. Coincidence? Maybe. Intuition? Why not?

Falling Out of Overwhelm: Part 2

Here are a few more tips for moving out of overwhelm and INTO enjoying your life more fully...

Simple Shifts
You do not have to change everything in your life to find peace. Are there one or two obligations that you can trim back on? Are you willing to get up 10 minutes early and sit looking out the window or listen to music with your eyes closed? Are you willing to ask others for additional help or get your family more involved in household projects or cooking...
