This workshop is open to all levels of yoga practitioners. We’ll kick off with the essential tools you’ll need to be wildly successful upside down. And then you’ll apply the tools to your own practice. Whether a beginner or a longtime yogi, we’ll help you deepen your skill and awareness of inversions and explore a variety of poses. (You get to choose which poses are best for you. I simply ask that you come willing to consider possibilities…) A great metaphor for life.

Note: If you have high blood pressure, a neck injury, or are pregnant, inversions are not recommended.
